Products that are damaged or defective
After contacting us, damaged or defective products may be returned to Afrizuri.com. Please send photos of the damaged or faulty product.
Lost or Stolen Package
Although the tracking indicates that the package was delivered, I never received it. The customer must enter a secure and precise delivery address when placing an order. Afrizuri.com is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address provided when placing an order after it has shipped. For any inquiries regarding the delivery, kindly get in touch with the carrier. Provide the carrier with your tracking number so they can use it to help with the investigation.
We advise the recipient to make arrangements with the carrier to arrange for a pick-up at the specified location once an order has shipped and tracking information is available.
Shipping Time
